Our Story

Built On
First-Principles Thinking.

Long before we were Lending Labs, we were Kuliza — a pioneer in low-code lending technology as early as 2017. Our experience of working alongside leading NBFCs, banks, and lending businesses across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and African markets showed us how lending shifts across products, regulations, and operating models. No two markets behaved the same way, and no single tool could keep up.

Those years revealed a pattern we couldn't ignore. Organizations weren't held back by a lack of tools — they were held back by tools that weren't designed to work together around how the business actually runs. That gap became the foundation of our new chapter: Lending Labs.

The "Lab" in our name reflects how we work. We approach every problem with curiosity, depth, and first-principles thinking: studying the work before designing the system, questioning assumptions before building, and staying close to the customer until ideas turn into measurable outcomes.

This mindset has shaped both our platform and our culture. What began as a small team solving complex operational problems has grown into a company helping enterprises build systems that are more adaptive, intelligent, and accountable from the ground up.

And the timing matters now more than ever. Lending Labs isn't one more product in a crowded stack. It's built for a moment where intelligence is no longer a feature added at the end, but the foundation the whole system rests on — designed for this new era from the start, not adapted to it after the fact.

The Founding Team

The People Behind the Work

Every system, decision, and standard you see today has been shaped by the people who have been with us since the very beginning. They have been here from the first line of code, and they continue to turn ideas into production reality. This diverse group translates complex problems into dependable products — staying personally invested in every customer outcome. They lead with humility, hold each other to a high bar, and treat every customer's success as their own.
